Rare Citrus Gin is a distilled gin created at Silent Pool Distillery. The product is produced from a recipe made up of 22 different botanicals, some of which are distilled separately and then blended into a unique base recipe before diluting with water. All ingredients are used in the raw form, either fresh or dried, and processed on site. There are no flavourings, extracts or sweeteners added post distillation. It is a combination of the ingredient selection, quality and preparation as well as the distillation method that influences the flavour, quality and the consistency of the finished product.
